Suitably located along side NH-8, DLF Phase-III has emerged as one of the prime localities in Gurgaon to live in for homebuyers
DLF Phase-III is one of the prime residential proper ties to live in the entire Gurgaon. It is located along side NH-8 making it all the more good location. After the extension of Delhi Metro services to Gurgaon, this locality is well connected to MG Road, which is the hub of Gurgaon. Later with the emergence of Rapid Metro, the locality got connected to the commercial hubs of the city, henceforth attracting more and more professionals to live here. A large number of number of professionals are working in these commercial hubs and have settled in DLF Phase-III. The nearby Metro station to the locality is Sikanderpur Metro Station which is at a walking distance from here.This place majorly comprises residential plots and lavish bungalows.It also has two major landmark high rises of the area which are known for their plush lifestyle and amenities. The area has wide roads and plenty of green space giving a healthy place to live for one and all.

“DLF Phase-III is in close proximity to Delhi. And not only are there a large number of big MNCs having their offices, but also there are so many malls, shopping complexes nearby. The locality is blessed with excellent transport facilities including the nearby Metro, Rapid Metro and bus stand. The crowd in the area is also quite decent and we have been enjoying living here. We bought our bungalow at a very minimal price decades ago and today the value of our bungalow has touched `30 crore,“ shares Vikas Batra, a resident of the area Property prices in DLF Phase III have seen a rise in the past one year, especially after the inauguration of Rapid Metro.

The property prices here are between `10,666 and `12,689 per sq ft. But prices vary from locality to locality in this area. Prices of properties located on the main road are higher than properties located inside.

“This location is on main MG Road and it is just 15 minutes' drive from South Delhi. Also DLF Phase-III is very well developed with both, residential and commercial properties. Also the area is closer to Delhi. It has all basic amenities at a stone's throw distance. On the main road, it has hospital, banks, ATMs, and retail stores making it an ideal place to live in,“ says Pooja, another resident of DLF Phase-III.

The nearby Metro station to the locality is Sikanderpur Metro Station which is at the walking distance from here.

This place majorly comprises residential plots and lavish bungalows. It also has two high rises which are DLF Belvedere Park and Belvedere Tower.
