EXPRESS DEVELOPMENT - PM Modi inaugurates work on widening NH-24
Prime Minister Narendra Modi laid the foundation stone for widening the Delhi-Meerut Expressway to 14-lanes on Thursday. With this the real estate potential of this place will take a giant stride and boost the profile of existing and forthcoming projects here
The total cost of the project to widen National Highway 24 is estimated at Rs 7,566 crore and includes: 28km-long, 14-lane Delhi-Dasna stretch; 46km-long, 6-lane Dasna-Meerut stretch of Delhi-Meerut Expressway, and 22km-long Dasna-Hapur section of NH-24 will also be upgraded to 6 lanes. This project will significantly improve the ease of commuting for people living in Delhi, Noida, Ghaziabad, and other parts of the NCR. The developing zones along NH-24 offer a bouquet of real estate options from residential, commercial, and retail. Proximity of this stretch to the established residential and industrial corridors of Noida and Ghaziabad, and its easy accessibility to Delhi, has made this highway the cradle of property investments.
With the rocketing real estate prices in the Delhi NCR, the forthcoming projects here offer affordable options.
