Supertech launched Officer's Enclave, an affordable group-housing project in South of Gurgaon (Sohna), for serving and retired government employees. Ravi Kumar Mangalam writes
In keeping with Prime Minister Narendra Modi's vision of “Housing for all by 2022“, Supertech Limited, one of the leading real estate developers in India, has launched a special housing scheme--Officer's Enclave--for serving and retired government employees in Sector 2, South of Gurgaon (Sohna), in Gurgaon.

“The scheme will cater to the housing demand of government officials at below-the-market rates.The price of 2and 3BHK units is Rs 33 lakh and Rs 45 lakh, respectively, while the price of 3BHK independent floors is in the range of Rs 33-46.61 lakh. The allotment of the units of Officer's Enclave will be done on first-come-first-served basis; applications will be distributed from January 15 and close on February 7,“ R K Arora, chairman of Supertech Limited, said.

Officer's Enclave is a part of the 140-acre integrated township, Supertech Hill Town. The scheme will have around 1,000 units in various categories--2BHKs of 958 sq ft each and 3BHKs of 1,345 sq ft each in highrise buildings, and 3BHK independent floors, each being 1,375 sq ft.

“The price of the project has been settled keeping in mind the purchasing power of government officials,“ Mohit Arora, managing director of Supertech Limited, said.

“Earlier, we launched `Roti, Kapda aur Eco Village', which catered to the housing needs of the common people in Greater Noida West (formerly called Noida Extension), at very attractive prices. This new endeavour is very close to our heart-bringing affordable homes to the people who have spent their lives serving the nation,“ R K Arora said.

Officer's Enclave offers ultramodern facilities and has good connectivity with commercial hubs in Gurgaon's Sectors 48 and 49, and is in close proximity to the IGI Airport. It is also well connected with major expressways and the Metro service. Reputed educational institutions like KR Mangalam University, GD Goenka World School; healthcare facilities like Medanta Medicity, Max Hospital, etc, and retail outlets like Big Bazaar, Shoppers' Stop, etc, are in close proximity to this project.

South of Gurgaon is the southern end of Gurgaon--that is Sohna.It has natural beauty being set amidst the serene Aravali hills and has already developed basic infrastructure.
